Introduction

As a reseller you have the ability to host unlimited sites. We will create your own site to sell our service in your jurisdiction as an independent company. We will customize the software to fit your need. 

The advantages of reseller program are:
 
1) The product can be marketed in your brand name
2) You customers deal with you and they pay you directly
3) You have the control over your client purchases and installations

You will be paying us the total of all accounts you setup

The reseller program works in the same way as the normal appointment system except that it will be branded under your business name rather than Unispeck. You will be provided with a control panel where you will see all your customers and related webaddresses for the scheduling pages. 

Subscription Fees:
===============
 
Your payments to the unispeck will be on a monthly basis, which is (s1 * n1 + s2 * n2 + s3*n3). S1 being Subscription type 1(Basic) fee, s2 subscription type 2(Standard) fee, s3 type3(Premium) fee, n1 number s1 customers, n2 number of s2 customers and n3 number of s3 customers. A minimum of (s1*5) is payable if total is less than (s1*5). 
 
The fee for each subscription type will be 10% less than our normal charge advertised on http://www.unispeck.com/. The fees are currect as on 30/12/2006 and are subject to vary.

You will earn 10% on every new subscription. There is a minimum subscription fee involved which is equivalent to 5 basic account. 
 
So your unispeck fee will work out like the following:
 
1) if you have 10 customers with BASIC type : ($9.99-$0.999) * 10 = $89.91
2) if you have 5 customers with BASIC type : ($9.99-$0.999) * 5 = $44.96
3) if you have 3 customers with BASIC type : You will still pay the minimum $44.96
 
Support:

We will support your customers in the same way as ours. They can either contact us directly or through your webiste.

The urls to your customer's websites will point to unispeck server with a base url starting with http://www.unispeck.com/. However you can change that to a different address hosted by unispeck.  There may be a small registration fee involved if a new domain registration required.
